We were formed in March 2010 as a limited liability company based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. From day one the business has operated as a retail seller: we hold our own inventory, we handle our own storefront and back office, and we deal with our own customers directly.
Our registered activity with the Brazilian federal tax authority (Receita Federal) is retail sale of apparel and accessories, complemented by adjacent retail lines such as footwear, home textiles, travel articles, small electronics and books. Everything we advertise is a category we are actually authorized and equipped to sell.
We do not resell traffic, we do not intermediate third-party stores, and we do not operate on a franchise or licensing basis for anyone else. What is published on this site is what we sell.
The commercial name Makss Commerce and the domain maksscommerce.online are used by MAKSS COMERCIAL LTDA as an English-language digital channel for the same retail activity carried out under the company's legal name.
